Both condos are in Sterling Sands, a smaller 8-floor complex, so there’s room to spread out on the sand without the crowds.
A spacious 7th-floor condo with an extra-large Gulf-front balcony that seats 6. The master bedroom (king bed) and living room face the water, the kitchen & bathrooms were newly remodeled in December 2025 with quartz counters and new cabinets, and the living room has new leather recliners and a twin sofa sleeper. Bedroom 2 has a queen and a twin.
A recently updated 2nd-floor condo with ocean views from the balcony, living room, dining area and kitchen. New king bed in the master, a new queen in bedroom 2, new luxury vinyl floors, and a Top of the Line sofa bed for extra guests. Just steps down to the pool and beach.

Unit 705 has been in our family for more than 26 years. Our parents lived at Sterling Sands to be close to their growing families, and they loved the beach and caring for the complex.
Today we manage, clean and maintain both units ourselves, as locals who’ve called Destin home for 30+ years. We love helping guests from booking to check-out, and seeing them again next year.

Beach chairs and umbrellas aren’t included, but you can rent them March–October from the on-site beach service. You’re welcome to bring your own chairs; they just need to go behind the rental rows. Tents, canopies and personal umbrellas aren’t allowed on the beach.
Check-in is 3 PM and check-out is 10 AM.
Yes, on-site. Unit 705 includes one assigned covered spot plus one outside space. Sterling Sands requires a parking pass and wristbands, purchased at check-in; we’ll send current rates before you arrive.
We try to provide beach towels, but you’re always welcome to bring your own.
Yes, both units have a full-size washer and dryer.
The person booking must be 25 or older and staying in the unit. No pets, and no smoking in the unit, on balconies, on the beach or anywhere on the complex.
