About Our Company
We are a family-run rental company that manages rentals for two rental units in the same condominium, Sterling Sands. One unit (705), we have had in our family for over 26 years. Together as a family we manage, clean, and maintain both of the units (705 amd 204). We enjoy helping our guests from booking to check-out and look forward to seeing them again next year.

Our stay was nothing less than PERFECT! I appreciate the little things in life. I enjoyed the first thing I saw when I woke up and the last thing I saw before falling asleep was the beautiful emerald coast. As a business owner in the field of hospitality, the condo was incredibly clean. There were even supplies available so we could keep the place clean. We discovered a little bit filled with items we may need. While we over packed, we were able to add to that box for future guests. Communication was great and even Special accommodations were happily full filled. I’ve stayed at several similar places in Destin. This took the cake and I won’t be staying anywhere else. Perfect for a family of 6.

Our stay could not have been better! Monica and Rhonda were overwhelmingly responsive, friendly and accommodating. They were the best owners/hosts we’ve ever dealt with. From the moment we arrived, it was clear they’ve put a great deal of care, love and attention into every aspect of their condo. We felt completely comfortable and “taken care of” during our entire vacation. It’s as if they’ve thought of everything you could possibly need during your time away from home! I returned to the condo a few hours after we checked out (left something behind) and I was lucky enough to meet these sisters and their mother. We talked at length, and they could not have been nicer. I would encourage anyone looking to stay in Destin to consider booking with this family. They were absolutely wonderful!
